This building, constructed between 2018 and 2020, went online in 2021. There are two units both situated on the first floor (above Piso Bajo), which is above street level. These units have unobstructed views of the scenic 38th Street, which is a tree lined split road, and saved from sounds with the thick soundproof glass. There are terrazas on each unit overlooking the road, with a full height balcony glass door.

Each unit also has the following amenities:
